Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
<FREE UK MAINLAND DELIVERY UP TO 30 KILOS 48 TO 72 HOUR SERVICE
Free delivery is applicable to on line orders over the value of £50.00 + vat and up to 30 kilos in weight for the first parcel only. There will be a small charge for each parcel thereafter of £5.50 + vat per parcel. Unfortunately this service has size and postcode restrictions. This offer has no redeemable value if the order is collected.
UK MAINLAND UP TO 30 KILOS EXPRESS DELIVERY SERVICE
Our express delivery service normally takes only 24 hours, this service is not guaranteed. However, 99 times out of 100 it will be delivered within 24 hours, for next day delivery your order MUST be placed BEFORE 3.00PM on the day before the delivery date. We charge a very reasonable £6.50 + vat for this service for the first parcel up to 30 kilos, and £4.50 + vat for every parcel up to 30 kilos thereafter. Unfortunately this service has size and postcode restrictions.
UK MAINLAND FOR LARGER ITEMS OVER 30 KILOS
Our charge for a 24 hour service up to 70 kilos is £20.00 + vat, then a charge of £0.20 per kilo thereafter.
Our charge for a 48 hour service up to 60 kilos is £15.00 + vat, then a charge of £0.20 per kilo thereafter.
Our charge for 72 hour service up to 70 kilos is £15.00 + vat, then a charge of £0.20 per kilo thereafter.
Unfortunately all three of the above services have postcode restrictions.

Postcode restrictions apply to the following areas:
BT, DD, DG, EH, KY, ML, FK, G, KA, PA1-19, PA21-88, TD, PH1-18, PH19-50, HR3, HR5, SA14-23, SY10, SY15-25, HS, LD, AB, IV, ZE, KW and any offshore islands.

Guarantee <RETURNS
You are free to return goods unused for a period of 30 days after delivery. A full refund or an exchange will be offered dependent on the circumstances. Goods that have been used cannot be returned unless a full warranty claim is entered into.
All goods have a minimum 1 year/12,000 miles manufacturers warranty (unless otherwise clearly indicated). Warranty claims for faulty goods will be dealt with through ourselves, but the manufacturer will make an assessment and decide on the proper course of action. We will not cover any labour charges incurred during any warranty claim.
We do not cover any incompatibility issues on hybrid vehicles (i.e. where parts from one year or model are used in another year or model). We will do our best to supply the correct parts, but it is incumbent on the customer to supply us with the correct information (year, VIN, axle, gearbox or engine number etc), so that we can complete the order correctly.
All goods should be packed to the same standard as when received, to ensure that they are not damaged in transit.
