BA 5070 HAWKEYE Diagnostic Tool & EBOD J1962 Cable HAWKEYE is a self contained, handheld diagnostic tool that does not require a PC or laptop to operate. The unit takes its power directly from the vehicle, and is robust and simple to operate making it ideal for home or trade use. The unit comes bundled with an EOBD J1962 cable to connect to the vehicle (other cables are available as an optional extra). Initially it will not be unlocked to your vehicle, but can be configured to the model that you specify and additional software "keys" can be purchased to allow the unit to be used on a range of Landrover models. Currently the unit can be used on the following models: Defender (up to '07) Freelander 1,2 Discovery 1, 2, and 3 Range Rover Classic, P38,L322 Range Rover Sport More models are due shortly.
